The Role and Benefits of Probiotic Capsules

Posted by sleepyguy in Prescription Sleep Medicine on August 16th, 2011

Of late, probiotics have become very popular. Almost everyone talks about the criticality of the probiotic supplements in our daily diet. What was taboo a few years back has become very important today. You should know how to take probiotic supplements to experience the benefits of the probiotic capsulesoffered in the market today.

But often, we are confronted with the question ‘What form of probiotics is really good for the body?’ This question still remains moot.

But just read ahead and get to know the different forms of probiotics available. Choose the one that best suits your needs to get the full benefits of probiotics.

Probiotics have been made available in innumerous forms as on date. Whatever be the form the probiotic available, it solely depends on the individual to opt for the form that best suits him. The innumerous forms and brands of probiotics available in the market today induce a lot of confusion in the minds of the buyers. You can consult your medical practitioner to decide the form of probiotics that best suits you. You can also ask your friends as to what is the form of probiotic that they use. A quick research on the Internet can get you the benefits and the disadvantages of the different forms of probiotics. Based on these, you can choose the form that would best suit your taste and needs perfectly.

The best form of probiotics has been proven to be the dried frozen form. This form of probiotic supplements are often mixed with ordinary water and then taken in. When consuming the supplement in this form, make sure that you do not use warm or cool water since the coolness or the heat can kill the beneficial bacteria contained in the probiotic. When you opt to take the dried frozen form of probiotics, make sure that you choose the supplement that contains only one single strain of bacteria for this is very effective and powerful. This form of the supplement has a very quick reach within the human body. It reaches the gut faster and renders quick cure.

Since it is easy to take this form of probiotics, this is very widely used among many. This form is very useful in case of children/infants and kids who find it tough to take the capsule form of probiotics.

The second best form of probiotics intake is the capsule form. The benefit of this form of probiotics intake is the easiness with which they can be taken in. the ease of handling is yet another big advantage that is associated with this form of probiotics. You can take it with ordinary water. Again, ensure that this is not taken with chilled or hot water for that may deactivate the bacteria contained in the probiotics. When compared to the dried frozen form that has to be mixed and steered well before intake, the capsule form is simple to manage and easy to consume. The concentration of the probiotic content present in capsule form is much more than the dried frozen form. Being tightly pressed together, the capsule form of probiotics has been proven to be very highly concentrated than thee frozen dried form.

Probiotics are also available in the form of liquids. The main disadvantage that is associated with this form is that they loose their power after 14 days since manufacture. This can be used within a week of manufacture and is very helpful incase of people who cannot digest or take the capsule or the frozen dried form.

Supplements are increasingly becoming necessary for the improvement and maintenance of a good health. Especially for those working and even those who are studying, they are highly advised to take supplements for various purposes. Supplements vary according to purpose. Some supplements are for a better performance of the brain while others are taken to boost energy and the body’s immune system. There are supplements intended to enhance the sexual aspects while some supplements are necessary to improve body circulation. There are also supplements that combine one or two purposes mentioned. Supplements may be vitamins, minerals, or herbs. General supplements or common supplements differ from vitamins especially in terms of cost because the former are more affordable compared the latter. Although both may have some similar benefits for the human health, they still differ as to their effectiveness. Supplements serve to compensate the lacking necessary nourishment of the body. They act as the replacement of natural sources of nutrition such as food, vegetables, and fruits because these vital nutriments are already included in supplements for whatever purpose. Hence, if one thinks that his or her daily serving of nourishments is not enough, it is high time to take supplements to augment the needed supply of nutrients by the body in performing specific or general tasks.

The human body can only take so much of food and nourishment in a day. But anyone can perform beyond the capacity of his or her supply of nourishment. Hence, supplements benefit those who are regularly confronted with heavy duties and stressful work assignments. An example of someone who would certainly benefit from supplements is one who has multiple jobs or anyone who has a graveyard shift. For a person who has more than one job, the regular supply or amount of energy and strength is clearly not enough. Since the human body has limitations on how much food intake it can have in a day, supplements may come in handy for the body to still accept despite one being already full. This is very helpful to someone whose daily tasks require too much energy due to strenuous activities because his or her body relies not only to the amount of food intake but also to the supplements taken for the needed energy and strength. A person working on a graveyard shift also greatly benefits from supplements because the natural supply of rest is hampered by such time of work. As such, one requires extraordinary amount of energy to keep the body perform normally during its rest supposed periods.

Verily, supplements are handy and effective backup and support system of the body should it require for more supply of nourishment while it cannot anymore accept additional nutrients in the normal way of chewing and swallowing foods. Such additional nourishments are infused in the body system through the help of supplements where such necessary nutrition are compacted, stored in the said supplement and thereafter released inside the person’s body. Indeed, supplements provide great help and comfort to persons who work hard day or night. They serve as the body’s generator in case the supply of electricity is running low or not anymore enough to light the entire establishment.

Are the usual cures for psoriasis not working for you?

Well you are not alone, because they did little to help me too! Of all the different creams and preparations I tried, I still got no relief. I even tried UVB therapy, but all to no avail. It was at this point that I realised the reason these treatments didn’t work:

They only treat the symptoms, not the actual cause!

Once I had realised this, I went about investigating what possibilities of natural cures for psoriasis there were. The fact that psoriasis is caused by a problem in the immune system which makes it produce skin cells at a vastly accelerated rate, it seemed quite obvious to me that it wasn‘t going to get fixed by applying skin creams. The problem needed tackling at its root source.

Treating the external effects of the disease will only, at best, reduce the harshness of its appearance and soothe the itching somewhat. In order to really get to grips with the disease it is important to learn what causes it.

Psoriasis is a disease that has been around for a long time, and can be traced as far back as ancient Egypt. The strange thing is, that the number of cases has risen dramatically in the last 100 years.

The question is, why?

The reason for this explosion is believed to be our modern lifestyles. A mixture of polluted air, poor diet and stress has put a huge strain on the human body, resulting in a physical in-balance that our ancestors never suffered with. As a result, more and more people are seeing these in-balances manifest themselves in problems that until recently only affected a few people.

And it isn’t just psoriasis that has claimed more victims either, there are increasing numbers of people suffering from other allergy related problems and ‘modern diseases’ such as eczema, hay fever, type 2 diabetes and IBS.

The problem we face is not only being able to naturally reduce the appearance of psoriasis, but to do so without sacrificing modern convenience

One way you can help your body fight the effects of modern life is through adopting a diet for psoriasis management. By reducing the amount of over processed food you consume and instead eating as much fresh and organic food as possible, your body will be better equipped to function properly.

Combine this with some simple herbal solutions to help detoxify your body and rebuild the natural flora in the gut, and you may see your body and its immune system responds by returning to normal sooner than you think. And then, your psoriasis will be a thing of the past!

Can Ginger and Curcumin Ease Joint Pain?

Posted by sleepyguy in Prescription Sleep Medicine on March 17th, 2011

There are a lot of changes in our body that we are having a hard time getting used to as we age, and joint pain is one of the changes we often complain about. Some of us may be able to learn to live with it, but to those who do not, it could be more than just a nuisance. Ginger known to have the organic compound curcumin can help with joint pain. It is readily available and all natural.

Joint pain is something we can’t just ignore for the rest of our lives, and the earlier we deal with it, the sooner we feel better. Millions of adults experience the pain, but what causes the pain is not always due to aging. There are chemicals in the human body that attacks the cartilage lining of the joints, sensitizing the joints to pain. Curcumin addresses this problem by acting on the chemical secretions.

Arthritis and Ginger

When we complain about joint pains, it’s arthritis we’re talking about. What is arthritis exactly? It is not the pain; it is the damaging of the joints in the body, which may lead to the pain. One thing we often misunderstand is that it is entirely caused by age. That belief is misleading inasmuch as there are individuals well over their nineties who never had symptoms of the disease, notably those whose ginger consumption is high.

Osteoarthritis is the most widespread of all types of arthritis. It starts when the cartilage, the tissue that connects the ends of the bones, thins and wears out. It happens when the protein that fills the cartilage is decreased, resulting in a less flexible and less resilient cartilage. Is age the primary factor? No. It’s the daily wear and tear especially caused by activities that overstress your joints.

Other forms of arthritis are autoimmune disorders, that is, the immune system contributes to the chronic condition. Rheumatoid arthritis is among the most well recognized, affecting about 1 per cent of the total population of the world, and may attack individuals of any age. It is associated with the stiffness in the joints upon waking up in the morning lasting and a pronounced pain during inactivity.

Inflammation and Curcumin

First, it’s tear and wear, then, the pain. How is that? Cartilaginous tissues do not have blood vessels in them. Thus, the healing process is considerably slower than in tissues with blood vessels to the extent that it does not catch up with the continued tear and wear as we go on pushing the limits of our body. This is the time our body deploys inflammatory agents, leading to joint pain.

How does ginger help? Inflammation has something to do with all cases of arthritis as compounds implicated in the process fill the spaces between the eroding masses in the joints. Curcumin, the naturally occurring compound in ginger, counteracts the pain chemicals tied to inflammation. Curcumin allows the process to take place, thereby contributing to the continued healing of the joints.

A combination formula of ginger and curcumin can go a long way to help boost health and wellness. Have you tried ginger and curcumin today?

What is Ayurveda Dosha?

Posted by sleepyguy in Prescription Sleep Medicine on February 28th, 2011

Ayurveda is ancient Indian medicine practice. When you are learning about it, among the first terms you should be familiar about is Ayurveda Dosha. What is it and how is it important in the practice? To begin with, Ayurveda Dosha is a humor that primarily constructs the human body. Doshas are components that form the body’s tissues and cells, systems, and the entire body as a whole. Study of Ayurveda would require study and description of all the physical doshas and their properties.

Ayurveda Dosha helps the body keep its physical, mental, and spiritual harmony. Doshas are separate components that cluster to make one. All the doshas should remain ideally balanced to help develop immunity and keep restoration of systems that are subject to daily wear-and-tear. In general, there are three main Ayurveda Doshas, namely, Vota, Pitta, and Kapha. It is necessary to understand every dosha to be able to fully comprehend yurveda and practice it well.

Vata dosha is basically responsible in taking care of all important body movements. It includes the nervous system that takes control of the entire bodily systems. The Pitta dosha is governing all digestive equations and related functions like digestion, absorption, assimilation, and metabolism. Overall, this dosha significantly helps maintain ideal and normal body temperature. Lastly, Kapha dosha forms a structural unit of the body’s tissues and cells. Its components act as one to form the entire body. Kapha dosha is also held responsible for keeping and maintaining the body’s overall immunity.

A healthy body should have all the three doshas working in harmony. Any impediment, alteration, or disturbance to the balance of the doshas in relation with each other would lead to ailments and unlikely physical condition. Thus, it is important to keep all doshas under good control. They should also be maintained within ideal and recommended limits. In the practice of Ayurveda, every disease would be caused by imbalance of one, two, or all doshas. For example, the case of arthritis could be considered a Vata dosha vitiation. Rheumatoid arthritis would be resulting from the disturbance of Kapha and Vata doshas. Thus, the necessary and prescribed treatment should depend on the particular dosha involved.

An Ayurbeda doctor or practitioner is an expert in determining involvement of any of the Ayurveda Dosha in relation to the health problem. An Ayurvedic physician could accurately determine specific dosha involved and the corresponding treatment. In many cases, modern medical science and Ayurvedic practice are combined to bring about or offer a better and more perfect medical or healing alternative to people. It could be safe to assert that as time goes by, the practice of Ayurveda has also been evolving so that it could be more effective and easier to comprehend. The results are almost always satisfying.

Could you tell and differentiate each Ayurveda Dosha? You should be if you are serious in using the ancient medical practice in taking care of your own health. You do not need to be an expert in Ayurveda and scientific medicine to be able to do so. Just open your mind and your heart while you learn more about Ayurvedic practice. In no time, you would surely make yourself more able to utilize the basic and advanced knowledge about doshas and other concepts. It would be fun and helpful.

How can one benefit from established Ayurveda remedy and there are actually a hundred and one reasons why people resort to alternative yet established remedies, whether it be the result of aggressive marketing and commercial campaigns or simply because it was proven effective by one and word spread like wildfire about its therapeutic or healing wonders.

Generally, a common view about Ayurvedic remedy is that it gives the public a sense of security knowing that a particular ‘alternative’ or ‘natural’ approach is sourced from a commonly recognized raw material, for example, a herb possessing healing properties or plant life known for vitamin and nutrient qualities.

Psychologically, the public is much more at ease knowing that Ayurvedic remedies are sourced from commonly known raw materials found in the environment, rather than medication or supplements synthetically or chemically-generated in pharmaceutical laboratories.

Among the most common popular - yet sometimes debatable - benefits one can get from Ayurvedic remedies include;

An all-natural approach to healing and therapy. People are more comfortable knowing that alternative approaches to healing and therapy promotes the human body’s ability to heal itself, and with the introduction of natural Ayurvedic remedies could enhance the body’s resistance to disease and illnesses.

Commonly known Ayurvedic remedies, especially herbal ones, are good sources of vitamins and minerals needed by the body. Many experts believe that natural vitamins and minerals that are commonly found in the environment are more likely to supplement the body under ‘natural’ conditions.

Although this claim is a highly debated issue by health buffs and pharmaceutical hardliners, economics play a key role in determining the popularity of Ayurvedic remedies as well.

While millions of dollars go into the research and development of vitamin and mineral substitutes for mass production, cultural and traditional forces are at play in rallying the cause of Ayurvedic remedies as alternative yet effective options.

There is a wide array of choices in the long list of alternative Ayurvedic remedies, depending on one’s needs for supplementation and therapeutic needs. From seed to fruit extracts, health effects or supplementation needs, there are hundreds of options one can have in the choice for the most appropriate Ayurvedic remedy available.

Many natural Ayurvedic remedies are less likely to create allergic or adverse reactions. However, the public should take caution as to determining what is good or bad for their health, and knowing what substances they could be allergic to, since there are naturally- occurring products that can prove to be allergic to some.

Many Ayurvedic remedies provide treatment for a wide range of major and minor health conditions, compared to the limited efficacy of their synthetic counterparts that only target a particular illness or disorder.

Almost all Ayurvedic remedies are intended as a palliative measure at the onset or during the affliction of a disease. These Ayurvedic remedies can also be taken to augment good nutrition and cater to the body’s need for the recommended standard dosage of vitamins and minerals.

Finally, Ayurvedic remedies are good sources of fortified vitamins and minerals. Depending on our individual needs for treatment of illnesses and diseases, it can add to the body’s need for specific nutrients.

Whether these benefits bear truth or not, it is still essential to seek expert opinion about the medicines or supplements we take- be it synthetic or natural- since what may be good for one may be bad for another. It would still be good to know and understand How can one benefit from established Ayurveda remedy.

The Potentials of Fish Oil in Burning Fat

Posted by sleepyguy in Prescription Sleep Medicine on February 12th, 2011

The past few years has led to many studies devoted to finding foods that can actually aid in weight loss. One of the foods that might potentially help in burning human body fat is fish oil. Fish oil is consumed either by:

• Eating the fish directly
• Taking fish oil supplements
• Taking fish oil in its raw form (sold in bottles)

Other benefits related to the consumption of fish oil include a healthier circulatory system and a healthier heart. It seems that fish oil is also capable of removing some of the bad cholesterol in the human body, but only if taken in the prescribed amounts, and only when the person leads a healthier lifestyle from thereon.

As many people already know, Omega-3 is the component in fish oil that is responsible for helping the cardiovascular system. Taken alone, this compound is responsible in dissolving bad cholesterol and strengthening the heart tissue.

Fish oil & fat loss

We began by saying that there is potential in fish oil when it comes to burning fat. Recent studies point to a particular truth regarding this potential: while it is true that there is potential there, the potential is too small to be of immense benefit to professional body builders. One study, carried out in Iceland, resulted in a dismaying result: only 1 kilogram lost after 4 weeks of protein and fish oil rich diets. It seems that indeed, there is too little to bank on to make fish oil an integral part of a weight loss plan.

In the long term, you can expect little results if you rely solely on fish oil. But if you are already engaged in a healthy exercise regimen, then there should be little to stop you from losing that extra few pounds every now and then by sticking to lots of seafood. If you’re already a seafood lover, then the study stated above is indeed good news.

In the second part of the study, this time concluded in Australia, it was found that participants who were on a steady stream of fish oil and seafood were more active during exercise and more amenable to losing weight than those who weren’t. It seems that even though the fat burning capability of fish oil is limited, it helps the person gain that extra edge to be able to do more exercises, so the person would be able to lose weight.

Fish oil & your existing diet

As such, these studies should be taken in a positive light. But we will not pretend here that the studies themselves were perfectly carried out. In essence, the studies were basically flawed because not everyone has the same body type, and in the second study, little control was present in limiting what participants actually ate at home. There might be a chance that the extra energy was due to something else- there are simply too many variables to make sure that everything would lead back simply to fish oil.

A safe way to go about it is to simply integrate more protein from fish to your existing diet. This way, you would really be after the protein, but you’re getting extra benefits from the new diet as well.

There are Chinese herbal medicine clinics that offer herbal medicinal treatments popping up everywhere. Chinese herbal medicines are said to be used for treatment of many ailments and perhaps if you are having no luck with traditional medicine options you should be taking a look at what Chinese herbal medicine may be able to do to help you.

Chinese medical experts believe that the human body is a universe on its own and all components are interconnected which gives a sense of harmony. In this respect when treatments are considered the entire body is divided into specific areas and the treatments for each area will vary.

Chinese people as a rule believe that diseases and illnesses result form the incorrect function of the individual areas of your body in that your body is not working in harmony with itself. They also believe that if attention is not given to each area as required then the health of the individual will only continue to deteriorate. The more traditional Chinese medical experts are convinced that there are healing and curing properties to be derived from animals and plants and that these healing properties can directly effect the divisions of the body in their own ways. There are many healing options available for various different types of illness and pinpointing the problem areas is the first part of the process.

It is thought that emphysema can even be treated by Chinese herbal therapy. In all cases relating to Chinese herbal medicines you need to look at your diet and lifestyle. There are certain things for almost all natural remedies that you should avoid however there are specific items that are usually considered a no go zone for Chinese herbal medicines and many items that you should be concentrating on including in your daily routines. Such as:

Never miss a meal you should eat small meals throughout the day. Some of the recommended food options are fish, lean meat, eggs for protein, seeds, nuts, fiber-rich vegetables and soy. Use of brewer’s yeast to stabilize blood sugar levels is an important remedy in Chinese herbal medicine.

Pancreatin and proteolytic enzymes provide assistance with digestion, Glutamine reduces the cravings you feel for sugar and Zinc helps with the release of insulin to the body. Drinking herbal teas that contain dandelion or licorice are also believed to stabilize blood sugar levels.

Things you should avoid, which you will find very common in a lot of natural medicines and in the traditional nutritional suggestions are things such as nicotine, caffeine, alcohol, sugar to name but a few.

Most importantly you want to seek the assistance from a Chinese Medicinal Herbalist to find out what are the right sources of food and liquid products as well as supplements that will do the best for your system. You need to explain your current ales or illness to the herbalist and they should also be able to tell a lot by a personal visit and give you tips for what things you should be doing.

If you are advised of certain remedies and you are taking these items for an extended period and see no results then it may be that you have found a crank! If this does happen to you don’t give up the first time around. When you visit a traditional doctor you go back when the medicine does not work so it is recommended with Chinese herbal medicine that not only should you try again but try someone else to ensure you get the full chance to reap the benefits. Make sure to give the remedies a try though there are many people reporting various benefits when seeking Chinese Herbal medicine remedies and you may find that this is just want you need. Especially if you have tried traditional methods and the results are not forthcoming.

What is BHRT?

Posted by sleepyguy in Prescription Sleep Medicine on August 06th, 2009

For many years women have been receiving estrogen replacement therapy for the sudden end of hormone production known as menopause. Natural or Bioidentical Hormone Restoration Therapy, (BHRT), is the restoration of hormone imbalance to reduce the negative symptoms and treat conditions caused by hormone imbalances.

BHRT are Hormones such as: Estrogen, Progesterone, and Testosterone that have the same composition as the hormones produced naturally by the human body. To determine what hormones are out of balance, specific testing is performed to identify the specific hormones. Once identified, a specific treatment process is undertaken using bioidentical hormones.

Traditional Synthetic Hormone Replacement Therapy has been shown to increase the risk of strokes, heart attacks, breast cancer, and blood clots. The use of BHRT has been shown not to increase the riak of these conditions. There are much less side effects to bioidentical hormone replacement therapy because the hormones are natural and our bodies metabolize bioidentical hormones the way it’s designed to. Synthetic hormones can often be quite strong and produce unbearable side effects.

Before undergoing treatment, it is important to test for a hormone imbalance so that there is not another condition such as depression that is affecting the patient. As well, the specific hormone that is not in balance has to be identified so the proper therapy will be given and customized to the particular patients needs. Testing can be done by a salivary test or a blood test. The test called ‘Pellet BHRT’ involves testing the blood to see what hormones are not being delivered in appropriate amounts to the organs.

Traditional BHRT therapy involves taking hormone replacement treatments in the form of creams, tablets, capsules, or troches. Pellet Therapy involves giving the bioidentical hormones in the form of a pellet (similar to a grain of rice) which is inserted directly under the skin and provides constant relief of symptoms for about 4-6 months. As your hormone need increases, the pellet will release the required hormones. Pellet Therapy will require re-insertion 2-3 times a year.

Bioidentical Hormone regimens are made by a compounding pharmacist for each patient individually, based on the specific symptoms and test results. The therapy may be delivered in the form of BHRT Pellets topical creams, pills, capsules, lozenges, or subdermal implants. The method of delivery is based both on the specific hormones in your preparation and your preference. This therapeutic plan is individualized and personalized to meet your needs.

Benefits of BHRT:

-Reduces insomnia and hot flashes
-Better concentration and alertness
-Reduces anxiety and depression
-Improves sex drive
-Decreases bloating, headaches, and irritability.
-Increases weight loss
-Regulates menstruation

Living with a hormone imbalance can be very difficult to manage. Anxiety, mood swings, depression, can take a toll on the individual as well as loved ones. Fortunately research are coming up with safer ways to restore low hormones. BHRT is one method that more doctors are recommending as a safe and easy treatment for hormone restoration. Contact your doctor to find out how Bioidentical Hormone Restoration Therapy can benefit your condition.

Serious Lean Mass Gain and Pro-Anabolics

Posted by sleepyguy in Prescription Sleep Medicine on August 03rd, 2009

Many people don’t know about pro-anabolics and how they can help with lean mass gain. Bodybuilders and weight lifters are all after the same one thing. That is, a lean hard body. Getting these serious results is definitely not an easy task. There is so much to a human body that it is very difficult to decide what works. For some, it seems easy and no one really knows if it is their genetics, pro hormones, pro steroids, or even illegal steroids.

One thing that has come from the Eastern Europeans is pro-anabolic agents. Until recently, these agents were a huge secret, only being used by Communist athletes. When Communism began to fall, the secrets started coming out. One compound turned out to be Ecdysterone – a very powerful pro-anabolic. Some of the newly found data regarding this pro-hormone show that athletes who took large doses of the Ecdysterone made extreme gains in muscle size, endurance, and strength.

So, is this Ecdysterone and other pro-anabolics the missing link to real muscle growth? Researchers found that actually protein synthesis and anti-catabolic activities is what really helps build lean muscle mass. When the two work together, you can get phenomenal results. Anti-catabolism is the halting of cellular breakdown in the body. Doing this makes it easier to build new muscle mass. Protein synthesis is the process in which cells build protein. Obviously, if you can find a way to combine these two processes, halting the breakdown of protein cells and building more protein cells, you have a better chance of building lean muscles. There are three ingredients that play a huge part in these processes. They are the Ecdysterone we talked about earlier, Methoxy, and Ipriflabone. These three make a pro-anabolic that is used for maximizing muscle building, faster recovery and significant gains in lean muscle mass.

There are other pro-anabolics as well. One of these is a Spirostane compound. It also increases the protein synthesis rate within the cells. Another compound is made with Spirosten. This one supports optimal gains in both mass and strength. It limits the amounts of estrogen in the cells but allows only the amount needed to feed the protein synthesis. A third ingredient works with pro-anabolics and is an herbal extract that enhances libido and is a nerve stimulant. It is called Ptychopetalum Olacoide. It is combined with the pro-anabolics to intensify training.

There are 5 quick and simple ways to jump start the process of anabolism and get you on your way to lean muscle mass. The first tip is to emphasize the negative. When working out, you want to overload muscles in the negative phase. This is when the muscles are stretched and lengthened, not contracted. Eating fish that contain higher amounts of fat and omega 3 fatty acids make muscles more sensitive to insulin and fuel glycogen storage and amino acid entry into the muscles. Increasing sodium can actually help as well as discontinuing any aerobic exercise which interferes with gaining muscle mass. The fifth way is to do some tough power lifting. The equation is: more strength equals more tension on the muscle equals more growth. The harder you lift with more weight, the more growth you’ll get. Also, don’t forget to rest! Your body does need that too.

Using these simple ways to kick start anabolism and using pro-anabolics can really help you gain the lean muscle mass you want. Bad Ass Mass by ALR is a pro-anabolic that is designed to support this serious lean mass gain and can help you get that lead, rock-hard body you’ve always wanted.
