What are some medicine cabinet essentials? We all have this in our bathrooms at home. We run to it many times when we are not well and sick. Exactly, though, what should we be stocking it with? I will be giving you some suggestions below.
Medicine Cabinet Essentials:
1) Aspirin - Make sure you have some aspirin in stock at all times. It is a great painkiller for aches and pains and it will reduce a fever. Also, it works well as a blood thinner. So, people who had a heart attack or want to reduce the risk of getting one, should use aspirin.
2) Acetaminophen - Another great pain reliever. If you can’t take aspirin or are allergic to it Acetaminophen is another way to go. Just make sure you don’t use it along with other cough and cold medicines as a reaction could be possible.
3) Tea Tree Oil - This is important to have some of this oil on hand, because it is known to heal skin cuts, burns, and even infections. It acts as an antiseptic and is antifungal. It can be used for acne or athlete’s foot. It is also been reported to reduce the symptoms of dandruff.
4) Tiger Balm - This is an important and effective relief for any aches and pains you may feel. It consists of different herbs and ingredients that are known to be effective. Make sure to have some tiger balm in home, because it’s a great muscle relaxer.
